At Nostalgia Newness, every product is created with care, intention, and heart. Because many of our items are digital downloads or made-to-order products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We encourage you to review all product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product such as sizing, format or what’s included, please reach out to us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help ensure it’s the right fit for you.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital files, once they have been delivered or downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Physical Products: All physical items are final sale. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
